Caribbean Inspired Jerk Shrimp Recipe

Transport yourself to a warm beach in Jamaica with this high protein meal! 

Taking inspiration from a traditional Jamaican Jerk Sauce, I decided to swap onions for leeks for a sweeter flavour profile and use jalapeño peppers for a nice kick of heat. Creating the sauce yourself takes less then 5 minutes and is a great way to expand your cooking expertise to gain more confidence in the kitchen!
