My goal for writing this blog post is to share a little vulnerable piece of me to inspire other women who are also going through something similar. Whether you are a new mom having a hard time navigating how to live a healthy lifestyle or you are one of many who gained weight during the pandemic and are having a hard time losing it, I want you to understand that you are not alone and that you CAN become the healthiest version of yourself without restrictive diets and obsessive workout plans.
To truly be healthy, our mental and emotional health need to be nourished as they are very important factors that contribute to allowing our body to achieve homeostasis, or balance. We need to take care of our mind just as much as we take care of our body, measuring ones health from awhole bodyapproach. This is where living a balanced lifestyle can help.
"I opened my practice to be able to give all women the chance to be educated and encouraged to better their health. To help women of all backgrounds realize they deservetoinvest in themselves and gain the valuable tools needed to nourish not just their physical health but also their mental and emotional health." - Ambrianna Sherif
